Founded in 1987, Vox Norvegiae is a chamber choir from Oslo, Norway.
One of the goals for the choir is to travel around Europe to learn more about choir music and to meet conductors and other choirs from which we can learn more. At present, they have visited countries as Denmark, Spain, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, the United States, Estonia, Hungary, Sweden, England and Belgium. And participated the European Chrous Festival which take place in every four years.
The choir have been singing with international celebrities such as Sarah Brightman and Justin Lavender, singing with Norwegian Philharmonic Orchestra and choir and with Norwegian Broadcasting Orchestra.
In Norway and elsewhere, Vox Norvegiae is highly respected and often invited to join various events of important character. In 2001, at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert, accompanied Paul McCartney.
